In 2003, a journey began, guided by passion, artistry, and a firm belief in the power of scent. We arrived in the UAE carrying nothing but the purest floral oils: lily, jasmine, gardenia, orange blossom, and the delicate essence of Lebanese flowers.We came with a dream, to bottle nature’s rarest fragrances and share them with the world.

But something unexpected happened. Emiratis, known for their deep-rooted love of perfumery, were drawn to our scents in ways we hadn’t imagined. They came, they explored, and soon, they started blending. Amber, oud, musk, saffron, and frankincense… The five pillars of oriental perfumery merged seamlessly with our floral compositions, creating something entirely new. A fusion of worlds. A scent that transcended origins.

And so, TAIF was born.

For years, it was all we sold. Taif 1, Taif 2, Taif 3, each a variation of a single vision, a fragrance that carried the whispers of both East and West.It wasn’t just perfume; it was a story, an identity, a statement. And as we watched people from every corner of the UAE, Europeans, Chinese, Indians, Emiratis, Gulf nationals, and Arabs embrace it, we realized something profound: this wasn’t just about fragrance. It was about unity.

In 2006, we embraced our destiny and became TAIF AL EMARAT. A name inspired by the UAE’s incredible diversity. Just like the country itself, our fragrances were never meant for one person, one culture, or one tradition. They were meant for everyone.

But sourcing is only the beginning. The true artistry lies in the distillation.When a flower is distilled, it yields three drops. The first drop is its very soul; pure, concentrated, and intoxicatingly rich.The second and third are mere shadows, often diluted and sold cheaply. Unlike mass-market perfumes that settle for the latter, we use only the first drop, ensuring that every bottle of TAIF AL EMARAT holds nothing but the finest essence of nature.

And while others rely on synthetic alcohols, we choose sugarcane-derived alcohol; the highest grade available, food-safe, and free from harmful chemicals. Gentle on the skin, safe for the senses, and designed to last.

Because to us, perfume is not just something you wear. It is something you experience.

By 2017, our presence in the UAE was undeniable. With over 35 boutiques across the country, we had become more than a fragrance house; we had become part of the cultural fabric. But our story didn’t stop there.

We expanded across the Gulf, the Arab world, and beyond, taking the essence of TAIF AL EMARAT to over ten countries.Today, in 2025, we continue to grow, with new doors opening in Lebanon, Iraq, Libya, Morocco, and beyond.
